I'm a reality shifter and I do struggle with mental health, shifting literally saved my life as crazy as it sounds. I know people can't believe something they haven't experienced themselves but It is real.But true is tiktok sometimes mixes things up and people spread lies about it. That's why you really need to speak with a reality shifter to know what's real and what not, but shifting itself is very much real

You can stay in your DR for as long as you want once you grounded yourself there. you can stay there and that's called permashifting then

Reality shifting methods aren't necesarry, you don't need them, they are just supposed to help you shift, and you can create your own, that's why there are dozens. not every method works for everyone, because people are different.

Shifting is simply moving your awareness from one reality into another. simple as that. you don't really shift or so, you become aware of that part of your consciousness
